MN10_Sports Morning Exercise

1. Jumping Jacks:

   - Start with your feet together and arms by your sides.

   - Jump, spreading your legs shoulder-width apart while raising your arms above your head.

   - Return to the starting position and repeat.

2. High Knees:

   - Stand straight and jog in place, lifting your knees as high as possible with each step.

   - Swing your arms back and forth to maintain rhythm.

3. Push-Ups:

   - Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart.

   - Lower your body until your chest almost touches the floor, then push back up.

   4. Bodyweight Squats:

   - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

   - Lower your body as if sitting back into a chair, keeping your chest up and knees over your toes.

   - Return to standing and repeat.

5. Plank:

   - Begin on the floor with your forearms and toes touching the ground.

   - Keep your body straight from head to heels, engaging your core.

   - Hold the position for as long as comfortable.

6. Lunges:

   - Stand upright and step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.

   - Push back to the starting position and switch legs.

7. Mountain Climbers:

   - Start in a plank position.

   - Quickly bring one knee to your chest, then switch to the other, mimicking a running motion.
